The Structured Polo Shirt | How Is It Different?
The Structured Polo Shirt: since 2018, an uncompromising blend of fit, colour, and bespoke-level details using the world's finest cottons expertly knitted in the fine textiles region of Montebelluna, Italy. The 'structure' derives from (1) flat-felled seams which take 5x longer to sew but give exceptional wearing comfort together with a neater appearance around the shoulders and sides, (2) stand collars which allow the polo shirt to sit perfectly under a jacket if required, and (3) a front placket which is hand cut from a separate piece of fabric and carefully sewn or 'set-on' the shirt (rather than simply cut into the garment) for a defined appearance.
To finish, mother-of-pearl buttons - sourced from Australia and dyed to match the shirt where they should - are added using a distinctive fleur-de-lis stitch with a length just right for tucking in or leaving out. A polo smart enough to take you from relaxed meeting to the rooftop bars of the city and from airport lounge to poolside. Available in three distinct styles: The Weekend (jersey knit polos), The Resort (piqué knit polos), and The City (long sleeve polos).
